Student Startup Center of Ghiaseddin Jamshid Kashani has been designed to provide all students — undergraduates and graduates — with an opportunity to experience the entrepreneurial process while developing, refining and prototyping their ideas for technology startups. Ghiaseddin Jamshid Kashani – startup center was developed in 2011. Until now, 36 start-ups have been admitted in this incubator. Our effort is to identify and influence highly creative students from all areas of study at Ghiaseddin Jamshid Kashani, facilitate the creation of student E-teams, and, then provide mentor support from fellow students, staff, faculty, alumni and visiting entrepreneurs. General mission and goals: • Converting of technology into wealth for society. • Helping university graduates for commercializing the scientific and technological achievements. • Covering the risk of knowledge-based businesses. Facilities and Services: • Providing suitable working spaces. • Financial support. • General and specialized consultation and training services. • Performance evaluation of technology units. • Helping technology units to participate in public and professional fairs. Some achievements: • Establishing a venture capital fund. • Holding the Annual festivals on business development and entrepreneurship. • Taking a licence to stablish knowlege enterprise company by startup center.
